How to change the Instagram profile picture of a computer or Mac

In this igfollowers.uk guide, you will see how to change your Instagram profile picture for a new image taken with your computer's camera or file, using a computer browser.

steps

1 Open Instagram from an internet browser.

Write instagram.com in the address bar of the browser and press  Tikon the keyboard. Instagram start page will appear. If the browser does not automatically log in to your Instagram account, please log in with your Facebook account or click the "Do you have an account? Login " button to log in with your username.

2 Click on the icon with a profile figure.

This is a button in the top right corner of the browser. Doing so will open the profile of your profile.

3 Click on your profile picture.

This is the circular from the top left of your profile grid. Clicking will open a drop-down menu with options to change the profile picture. If you have not yet uploaded a profile picture, you will see an image of a gray profile figure here.

4 Choose what you want to do with your profile picture.

 The pop-up menu will show you three different options to edit your photo: "Delete current photo", "Take photo" and "Upload photo". Select Delete current photo if you do not want to use an image as a profile photo. Your profile photo will show the default profile form until you upload a new image. Select Take photo if you want to take a photo with your computer's camera. Select the Upload photo if you want to browse the files on your computer and upload an image to use as a profile photo.

 5 Change the profile picture again whenever you want.

There are no restrictions on how many times a profile photo can be changed. If you get bored with your current photo, you can delete the photo at any time or upload a new one.
